  • 4 to 5 lb. chuck roast, trimmed of all fat
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 pieces finely chopped celery
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 regular size bottle catsup

    Combine and bake at 325° for 4 to 5 hours.

    Add catsup and cook 1 more hour.
