- 10 to 14 lb. brisket
- pepper to taste
- 1 large onion, chopped or sliced
- 1/2 c. liquid smoke
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Line a large pan with heavy-duty foil about 2 1/2 times longer than the brisket.

2(I use a lasagna or jelly roll pan.)

3Place brisket (trim fat if necessary) in foil.

4Place onion on top of meat.

5Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Wrap meat loosely, but seal firmly.

6Bake at 275° for 8 to 10 hours.
