  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 1 c. Burgundy wine

    Put stewing meat in bottom of saucepan.

    Add soup mix, the other 3 cans of soup and wine.

    Cook slowly (250°) for 3 to 4 hours.
