- 2 arm roasts
- 2 pkg. burrito mix (dry)
- 1 brick Cheddar cheese (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 3 pkg. flour tortilla shells (medium size)
Directions

1In crock-pot put both arm roasts and season with usual seasonings.

2Cook until meat falls apart.

3Take meat from pot and place on plate to cool.

4Save juice in crock-pot.

5Shred beef, removing any fat.

6Place shredded beef back in crock-pot and add both packages burrito mix.

7Let cook on high about 1 hour, longer if you wish.

8Take tortilla shells one at a time and spoon meat mixture into shells.

9Roll and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Continue process until all meat is gone, use extra pans if necessary.

10Pour remaining juice over burritos.

11Shred cheese; cover burritos with cheese.

12Cover pan with foil and cook in 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

13Extra burritos may be put in freezer and used layer.
