- oil for browning meat
- 1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak
- 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 1 large onion, cut in rings
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cut steak into small pieces; salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Brown to golden color in skillet.

2Pour off excess oil. Cover with onion rings and potatoes; salt and pepper as desired. Add water to soup and mix.

3Pour over meat, potatoes and onion rings. Cover and cook over low heat until tender.
