  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 5 stalks celery, cut up thin
  • 2 lb. chopped onion
  • 10 oz. frozen vegetables
  • 8 oz. pkg. macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown beef, onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Boil; turn heat down to low and cover. Simmer for 15 or 20 minutes. Add 1 cup shredded cheese on top.
