- 2 c. leftover cooked beef (pot roast, steak, etc.)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 medium onions
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp. sage
Directions

1Grind up beef, (you could accumulate small amounts of leftover beef until you have enough to equal 2 cups, ground up.

2Place the leftovers in a Baggie and freeze until needed), onions and potatoes.

3Place in frying pan with butter and seasonings; mix well.

4Fry over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Can also be baked 1 hour in a 350° oven.
