  • 2 c. leftover cooked beef (pot roast, steak, etc.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp. sage

Directions

    Grind up beef, (you could accumulate small amounts of leftover beef until you have enough to equal 2 cups, ground up.

    Place the leftovers in a Baggie and freeze until needed), onions and potatoes.

    Place in frying pan with butter and seasonings; mix well.
  4. 4
    Fry over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Can also be baked 1 hour in a 350° oven.
