  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. beef cubes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup

    Combine flour, salt and pepper.

    Pound meat cubes with mixture.

    Brown meat in shortening.

    Add water; cook until tender. Stir in soup and catsup.

    Put into 2-quart casserole.
