- Salt, pepper, oil, garlic salt, Accent, basil, rosemary

- Red table wine
Directions

1Coat meat with seasonings, cook 350 degrees in pan with water for a few hrs depending on size.

3Pour large glass of red wine over meat and return to oven for 45 min.

4Slice meat very thin, take pan drippings and fold in blender till foamy.

5Pour over sliced beef, serve on hard rolls.
