  • Rump roast or possibly Sirloin tip
  • Salt, pepper, oil, garlic salt, Accent, basil, rosemary
  • Water
  • Red table wine

Directions

    Coat meat with seasonings, cook 350 degrees in pan with water for a few hrs depending on size.

    Pour large glass of red wine over meat and return to oven for 45 min.

    Slice meat very thin, take pan drippings and fold in blender till foamy.

    Pour over sliced beef, serve on hard rolls.
