  • 1/2 lb. steak
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire

    Prepare steak by trimming away fat.

    Partially freeze to allow you to slice very thin, with the grain.

    Combine other ingredients and marinate steak up to 48 hours.

    Preheat oven to 125° and lay each strip across oven racks.

    Leave oven open slightly to release moisture.

    This is a drying process, not baking.

    Dry at 125° for 12 hours or until chewy.
