Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    Trim all fat off meat and slice very thin. Combine all ingredients and marinate meat for 1 hour. Dry slightly on paper towels.

    Put on oven racks. Set oven to 150° and leave door open slightly.

    Let meat dry 7 to 8 hours.
