Creamed Scallops

- 1 1/2 lb. sea scallops
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
Directions

1Wash and dry scallops.

2Blend cornstarch with 4 tablespoons chicken broth.

3Heat butter on medium/high heat and saute scallops for 5 minutes.

4Remove and set aside.

5Add onions and saute for 30 seconds.

6Add sour cream and chicken broth, stirring occasionally. Add white pepper and m.s.g.

7Simmer for 2 minutes, add scallops. Simmer for another 2 minutes to thicken broth.

8Add cornstarch mixture little amount at a time, until desired thickness is achieved.
