Beef -N- Cheese Dip

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 jar mild salsa
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • garlic and onion to taste (optional)

Directions

    Melt cheese in oven at 250°. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Add salsa to beef and let simmer 10 minutes. Add 2 cans of tomatoes to melted cheese. Add beef to cheese mixture. Let it sit in oven about 5 minutes. Serve with nacho chips.
