Beef 'N Corn Casserole

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (7.5 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Add onion; cook until tender.

3Add cream cheese and soup, mixing well.

4Stir in corn, pimento and seasonings; pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Separate dough into 10 biscuits; cut each in half, forming 20 half-circles.

6Place biscuits, cut side down, around edge of casserole.

7Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.
