- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 10 oz. cream cheese
- 6 oz. wide noodles
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 4 c. tomato sauce
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook noodles.

2Brown meat and drain off fat.

3Add tomato sauce to meat and simmer.

4Blend cream cheese and onion in bowl; add sour cream.
