  • 3 c. cooked cubed chicken
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk

    Combine all ingredients; pour into lightly greased 2-quart pan.

    Top with pastry (canned biscuits work well).

    Cut slits into pastry to allow steam to escape.

    Bake at 400° for about 40 minutes, or until crust is brown.
