  • 3 lb. beef shoulder roast
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 carrots, cut up
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 sticks celery

Directions

    Put beef shoulder in pan; heat oven to 400°.

    Peel onion and cut up; cut up carrots.

    Peel and cut up potatoes. Wash and cut up celery stick.

    Put in large pan and cover with Reynolds wrap and cook for 3 1/2 hours.
