- 2 lb. beef top round
- mustard
- bacon
- dill pickles
- diced onions
Directions

1Slice meat into strips.

2Spread mustard on each strip.

3Lay a slice of bacon on top.

4Cut pickles in half lengthwise and lay one half pickle spear on bacon.

5Sprinkle 2 teaspoons diced onions on top.

6Roll up the meat and secure with 2 to 3 toothpicks.

7Brown in oil on all sides.

8Put into a roasting pan and add 1 cup water. Cover and cook in a 200° oven for 4 to 6 hours.

9Thicken with a little flour, if desired.

10Serve with potatoes or noodles.
