- 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
Directions

4Wrap in foil; twist ends well.

5Refrigerate 24 hours.

6Do not remove foil.

7Place in pan; cover with water.

8Boil for 60 minutes. Punch holes in foil to drain.

9Re-wrap and refrigerate.

10Serve cold; slice thin.
