Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/8 tsp. pepper; 1 1/2 lb. beef boneless round steak (3/4-inch thick); 1 Tbsp. oil; 1/2 c. water; 2 cloves garlic, crushed; 1/2 c. olives; 6 medium carrots (1-inch pieces); 2 medium onions, cut into fourths; 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Mix flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1 side of beef steak with half of the flour mixture. Pound in. Turn beef and pound in remaining flour mixture.
