  • 2 lb. stew meat, cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped fine
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 small can tomato juice
  • 1 pkg. French's beef stew seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 6 carrots, cut into 1/2 pieces
  • potatoes, cut in quarters (as desired)
  • 1 c. Burgundy wine (optional)

Directions

    Add enough water to tomato juice to make 2 cups liquid.

    Bake covered at 250° for 4 to 5 hours.
