- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 small can tomato juice
- 1 pkg. French's beef stew seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 6 carrots, cut into 1/2 pieces
- potatoes, cut in quarters (as desired)
- 1 c. Burgundy wine (optional)
Directions

1Add enough water to tomato juice to make 2 cups liquid.

2Bake covered at 250° for 4 to 5 hours.
