- 1 lb. stew meat
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small bag frozen carrots
- 1/2 bag small peas
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Take stew meat; coat with flour.

2Brown on stove until very dark, about 15 minutes.

3Cover with water.

4Simmer 45 minutes. Add potatoes.

5Let cook for 20 more minutes.

6Add frozen vegetables.

7Cook 10 minutes.

8Add bouillon.

9Mix 2 tablespoons flour with 3/4 cup water.

10Add until thick.
