- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

1Cream together margarine and sugar.

4Pour into unbaked pie crust; bake at 325° for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
