  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream together margarine and sugar.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust; bake at 325° for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
