- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 lb. carrots
- 3 or 4 potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a casserole with a tight cover.

2Bake for 5 hours at 250°, stirring occasionally, or put all ingredients into your crock-pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
