  • 20 oz. can V-8 juice
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 3 or 4 potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put all ingredients into a casserole with a tight cover.

    Bake for 5 hours at 250°, stirring occasionally, or put all ingredients into your crock-pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
