Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. lean beef stew meat
- 3 to 4 potatoes, cut in quarters
- 3 carrots, cut
- 2 stalks celery, cut
- 1 onion, cut
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, washed and drained
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 to 2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. hot water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Rinse and pat dry stewing meat.

2Cut in smaller pieces.

3Add all ingredients in 5-quart cooking dish.

4Mix dissolved beef cubes and can of soup with preceding ingredients, adding salt and pepper and any other spices you might like.

5Cook in oven at 350°. Time 2 to 3 hours, covered.

6Do not need to brown meat first.
