- 2 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke (hickory)
- 5 lb. raw ground beef
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Spread ground beef in a flat dish. Cover and refrigerate all day.

3Mix again the second day.

4Mix again the third day.

5Mix again on the fourth day.

6On fourth day, roll into sticks the size you want and place on a broiler pan in the oven.

7Cook 12 to 13 hours at 350°, turning every 2 hours. Crack oven door slightly during this process.
