- 2 pounds of beef bones
- 5 onions, 1 inch cubes
- 5 carrots, 1 inch cubes
- 5 celery, 1 inch cubes
- 3 tbsp butter
Directions

1Cook butter and vegetables in a large pot for 5 minutes.

2Add 10 cups of water into the pot.

3Once the water starts boiling add the beef bones.

4Cook on low heat for 2 hours.

5Remove bones from the pot.

6Strain stock through cheese cloth and into another container.
