  • 1 sliced onion
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 12 cup wine (red or white)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 -2 lb wide egg noodles
