- 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 can beef broth or 3 bouillon cubes, in water
- 1 c. sour cream
- cooked noodles
Directions

1Cut steak into thick strips; dust with flour and pepper.

2In large skillet, brown meat in margarine or butter.

3Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.

4Stir in beef broth or cubes. Cover and cook about 1 hour or until meat is tender.

5Stir occasionally.

6Gradually stir in sour cream; cook over low heat 5 minutes.

7Serve over cooked noodles.
