  • 2 lb. sirloin, cubed
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • chicken broth (about 1 1/2 c.)
  • wine (about 3/4 c.)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream (approximately)

Directions

    Mix the flour, garlic salt, pepper and parsley flakes in a bag with meat to coat.

    Brown meat in butter or margarine.

    Add chicken broth and wine. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

    Stir occasionally and taste sauce. Add more garlic, if necessary. Add the mushrooms and parsley after 15 minutes.

    Add the sour cream and mix in well.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
