  • 1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. cooked egg noodles

    Brown steak and onion in oleo.

    Stir in mushroom soup, water, sour cream and paprika.

    Cover; cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
