- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 4 c. hot cooked egg noodles
- chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Slice beef into very thin strips.

2In skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium high heat and cook beef until browned, stirring often.

3Set beef aside.

4Add remaining oil to skillet and add onion; cook until tender.

5Pour off excess fat.

6Stir in soup, sour cream and paprika.

7Heat to soft boil, return beef to skillet and heat through.

8Serve over noodles, garnishing with parsley.
