- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pennsylvania Dutch stroganoff noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. sirloin steak, cut thin
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed.

2In large skillet, melt butter and brown meat and mushrooms; remove from skillet.

3Into drippings in the skillet, stir flour and onion soup mix; gradually add water and reserved liquid.

4Return meat and mushrooms to pan.

5Simmer, covered, 10 minutes.

6Blend in sour cream and heat through.

7Serve over noodles.
