- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. shortening or Wesson oil
Directions

1Cut meat into four pieces; pound meat until tender.

2Mix flour, salt and pepper together in a pie pan.

3Dredge steak in flour mixture.

4Cook in hot melted shortening or oil over medium or high heat until brown.

5Turn and brown on other side.
