- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) French onion dip
- 1/2 c. water
- rice
Directions

1Trim fat from meat and cut into bite-size strips.

2Brown in electric skillet.

3Add to cans of cream of mushroom soup.

4Add tomato paste and water.

5Stir together and let simmer for at least 1/2 hour (up to 2 to 3 hours is better).

6Just before serving, gently stir in French onion dip.

7Serve over rice.
