- 8 oz. pkg. noodles
- 1 lb. steak, cut in thin strips
- 2 c. (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. beef flavor instant bouillon or 3 cubes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir steak, mushrooms and onion in margarine until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.

2Reduce heat to medium.

3Add flour; cook and stir 1 minute.

4Add water and bouillon; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

5Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).

6Cook noodles as directed on package; drain and serve beef mixture on top.
