- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of celery seed
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add can of French fried onions (less 1/2 cup) and can of mushrooms.

3Put in ungreased 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole.

4Heat can of mushroom soup (undiluted) to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.

5Pour over meat in casserole.

6Top with remaining 1/2 cup French fried onions.

7Cut biscuits in half and edge casserole with cut side down.

8Mix egg, 1/2 cup sour cream, salt and celery seed; pour over biscuits and across top of casserole.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
