  • 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut thin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • onion
  • 1/3 c. sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk

Directions

    Cut beef into thin slices.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet.

    Brown meat, mushrooms and onion.

    Mix flour and milk.
