- 6 c. water
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- potatoes
Directions

1Cube beef and place in large saucepan with next 7 ingredients. Cook until beef is well done (about 2 hours).

2Add potatoes and cook about 1/2 hour longer.

3Add mixed vegetables 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
