- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp baby capers, rinsed, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard
