- 1 can flat beer
- 1 c. flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix ingredients together, except fish, in large bowl, making light batter.

2Dip fillets in batter, then place in deep fryer or frypan.

3Cook in hot oil or bacon grease.

4Let fish cook for 3 minutes, turning when golden brown.

5For crispy fish, cook a bit longer.
