  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can light beer (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. light margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, mixing until just moistened.

    Pour batter into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan, coated with nonstick cooking spray and dusted with flour.
