  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. summer savory
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1 lb. ground pork liver
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. cloves

    Mix all ingredients.

    Liverwurst may be fried slowly in large frying pan or placed in small loaf pans and baked slowly (1 hour) at 350°.

    Stores well in refrigerator .
