  • 2 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • melted butter

Directions

    Mix all together, except butter, until just blended.

    Leave rough on top.

    Put in a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Drizzle with butter; cool on rack.
