- 2 eggs
- 7/8 cup powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
- 7/8 cup milk
- salt
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3 1/2 ounces mixed berries
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

2Mix together the eggs, sugar, butter, milk, and a pinch of salt.

3In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.

4Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until full absorbed.

5Carefully mix in the berries and serve.

6Fill muffin pans 3/4 full.

7Bake for 20 minutes. Pierce the center with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, you know the muffins are done.
