  • 1-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Sparkling Wild Berry Flavor Gelatin
  • 2 cups cold raspberry- or strawberry-flavored seltzer
  • 3/4 cup raspberries, divided
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, sliced, divided Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

    Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Stir in seltzer.

    Remove 1 cup of the gelatin; place in medium bowl.

    Set aside at room temperature.

    Refrigerate remaining gelatin 1-1/4 hours or until thickened.

    Add 1/2 cup each raspberries and strawberries to the thickened gelatin; stir gently until well blended.

    Spoon evenly into 8 dessert glasses; set aside.

    Add 1 cup of the whipped topping to the reserved 1 cup gelatin; beat with wire whisk until well blended.

    Spoon evenly over gelatin layers in glasses.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

    Top evenly with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping and the remaining 1/4 cup each raspberries and strawberries.
