  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 small can drained corn (whole kernel)
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Cream the margarine with a spoon. Add slightly beaten eggs, sour cream and both cans of corn.

    Mix well. Add muffin mix.

    Pour in greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
