- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 small can drained corn (whole kernel)
- 1 small can creamed corn
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Cream the margarine with a spoon. Add slightly beaten eggs, sour cream and both cans of corn.

2Mix well. Add muffin mix.

3Pour in greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
