- 1 1/2 quarts Home canned, jared Tomatoes
- 2 TBS. Olive oil
- 3 Large cloves garlic minced
- 2 TBS.chopped fresh parsely
- 1 tsp. oregano
- black pepper
- crushed red pepper
- 1 can Anchovies
Directions

1In a large frying pan dissolve all Anchovie fillets in olive oil over mediam heat. Next add minced garlic cook a minute or two. When Anchovies are totally dissolved and garlic has flavored the oil add tomatoes and spices. Cook till sauce thickens and liquid is reduced,about 25 minutes from start to finish. Its important to cook the Marinara sauce quickly to keep the fresh tomato flavor.

2Boil 1/2 pound of Linguini Al dente and serve.
