- 1/2 c. bacon bits or diced leftover breakfast meat
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
- 1/4 c. diced tomato (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. milk or water
Directions

1Slice pitas into halves.

2Mix eggs, cheese, bacon bits or meat, green pepper, tomato and milk.

3Pour mixture into lightly oiled skillet and cook on low heat.
