  • 1-1/3 pkg. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 qt. KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 qt. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 1 qt. Pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • as needed Pimento or red pepper strips

Directions

    Place cream cheese and mayonnaise in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.

    Beat on low speed 2 minutes.

    Add Parmesan cheese, onion and mustard; mix well.

    Cover.

    Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

    Shape 3 cups of the cream cheese mixture into football shape.

    Repeat with remaining cream cheese mixture to make a total of 4 large footballs (or 1 football for trial recipe).

    Coat evenly with pecans.

    Add pimento strips to resemble laces on the footballs.

    Serve with assorted crackers.
